Coaching Services
Coaching services are non-clinical, educational, and goal-focused in nature. Coaching does not involve psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health conditions and does not establish a therapist–client relationship. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health care, medical care, or crisis services. Participation is voluntary and clients are responsible for determining whether coaching is appropriate for their needs. If clinical care is indicated, referrals may be provided.
What We Offer
Non-clinical, goal-focused support distinct from psychotherapy
Our coaching services are designed to support personal growth, role transitions, and skill-building. Coaching is not psychotherapy, does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and is offered separately from any licensed mental health services provided by our practice.
This page is intended to clearly describe coaching services in alignment with professional guidance from Florida and Connecticut licensing boards, which require transparency and distinction between coaching and therapy.
